Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on Getinge infection control equipment at customer sites
• Support the installation of Getinge capital equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure products are returned to full functionality for customer operations
• Liaise with the Service Co-ordination team to ensure effective preparation for customer site visits
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers
• Provide support to other Getinge Field Service Electricians as required

Requirements

• Full Electrical licence (Mandatory)
• Valid Driver’s Licence (Mandatory)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of customer service excellence and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to undertake regional travel
