Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance for infection control equipment at customer sites
• Support the installation of Getinge capital equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure products are returned to full functionality
• Liaise with the Service Co-ordination team to ensure effective preparation for customer visits
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers
• Provide support to other Getinge Field Service Electricians as required

Requirements

• Full Electrical licence (Mandatory)
• Valid Driver’s Licence (Mandatory)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proven customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and as part of a team
• Willingness to undertake regional travel
