Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide service and maintenance for separators and decanters at customer sites across the Netherlands
• Travel to customer locations using a company lease car and tools
• Perform maintenance on machines independently or within small teams
• Analyze and resolve technical malfunctions and faults on-site
• Coordinate with the Technical Support team to resolve complex issues
• Provide proactive advice to customers to prevent future malfunctions
• Process work reports, including hours worked, material consumption, and installed base data
• Adhere to all safety regulations and encourage colleagues to do the same

Requirements

• MBO level 4 education or equivalent professional experience
• Service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
• Fluency in both Dutch and English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including overnight stays

Preferred Qualifications

• Affinity with automation or control technology
