Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems at customer sites
• Conduct service visits for equipment troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance
• Design and develop layout drawings for parlors and farm setups using AutoCAD
• Supervise and manage external contractors during installation and project execution
• Collaborate with HQ on project planning, execution, and reporting to ensure alignment with global standards
• Provide technical solutions and timely issue resolution to customers across Southeast Asia

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawing and layout design
• Strong background in electrical systems
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel frequently across Southeast Asia (SEA) countries
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the dairy farm industry or agricultural projects
• Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural and regional environments
