Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical interventions, including installation, training, repair, and maintenance of medical machinery
• Engage with customers to deliver technical support and foster positive relationships
• Collaborate with sales and dealer teams by sharing technical insights to enhance business growth
• Achieve service targets by negotiating service contracts and managing spare part sales
• Oversee personal inventory, including spare parts and tools, to ensure adequate stock levels
• Document all technical activities thoroughly in Field Service Reports and CRM software
• Complete required technical training and assessments to maintain high-quality service standards

Requirements

• BE / B. Tech in Bio Medical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering
• 2-3 years of experience within Medtech companies
• Proven experience handling medical equipment, preferably in the renal industry
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain customer relationships
• Proficiency in English to read and understand technical manuals and documentation
