Field Service Engineer (ESS/PV)

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and upgrade activities for solar energy and battery storage products.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with project management teams during commissioning and site acceptance phases.
• Ensure strict compliance with operational procedures and all health & safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for service contracts.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering or a strong electrician background.
• Fluency in both English and French (C1 level) for effective stakeholder communication.
• Valid driving license and a willingness to travel extensively across France.
• Availability to perform on-call duties to ensure timely support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with battery storage solutions (ESS).
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) to interact with international teams.
• Deep understanding of the European solar energy market and products including PV and EV charging solutions.
