Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and repair welding and cutting equipment at customer sites
• Perform preventive maintenance, safety checks, and technical evaluations
• Support the sales team by providing technical expertise and advice
• Document service visits and report any non-conformities
• Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Use digital platforms to enhance diagnostics, reporting, and remote services
• Contribute to service process improvements and provide technical feedback

Requirements

• Technical diploma or degree in a mechanical, electrical, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical services for industrial equipment
• Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher) and the local language
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region
