About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for water and wastewater treatment systems
- Troubleshoot and repair complex system issues to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct preventative maintenance activities to minimize system downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions
- Assist with equipment installations and commissioning activities
- Train customers on the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment systems
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in Industrial Water Treatment equipment servicing
- Hands-on experience with installation, repair, and modification work including pipe work
- Experience with electrical control systems and basic PLC literacy
- Ability to understand electrical, mechanical, and P&ID drawings
- Good IT skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
