Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the operation, repair, and maintenance of Domino Digital Inkjet Printing products via on-site visits and remote support.
• Perform proactive preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance for customers.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive brand loyalty.
• Maintain accurate service records, including machine configurations, customer contacts, and service reports in SMax.
• Actively promote the features and benefits of Domino products to customers.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by obtaining signatures on all service visit reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing complex electro-mechanical equipment.
• Proven ability to travel frequently (Monday–Friday) as a "road warrior."
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Ability to perform heavy work, including lifting 50 to 100 pounds occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Inkjet technology.
• Experience in the label industry (e.g., HP, Durst, Omet, Screen, Xeikon, Canon, Kodak).
