Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for the operation, repair, and maintenance of Domino Digital Inkjet Printing products
• Offer telephone and remote technical support for equipment located throughout North America
• Perform proactive preventative maintenance to ensure optimal customer equipment performance
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive brand loyalty
• Maintain accurate service records, including machine configurations and service reports, in SMax
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by documenting service visits and obtaining customer signatures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing complex electro-mechanical equipment
• Ability to travel frequently (Monday–Friday) as a "road warrior"
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Ability to perform heavy work, including lifting 50 to 100 pounds occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with Inkjet technology
• Experience in the label industry (e.g., HP, Durst, Omet, Screen, Xeikon, Canon, Kodak)
