About the role
Responsibilities
- Support installations, maintenance, and data collection to accelerate issue resolution
- Create and run tests under guidance, including preparing setups and instrumentation
- Perform QC checks on logs, units, references, and metadata to ensure accuracy
- Assist with template updates and the maintenance of case repositories
- Track tasks, versions, and approvals using workflow tools
- Collaborate with customers and product teams to resolve inputs and maintain schedules
Requirements
- 6+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with technical tools and diagnostics
- High level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across various teams
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to follow SOPs and safety standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or a related field
- Exposure to ITIL practices or OEM product training
