Field Service Engineer - Cath Lab, X Ray

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation services for Cath Lab and X-Ray medical systems.
• Perform corrective maintenance and complete preventative maintenance (PM) schedules within stipulated timeframes.
• Manage the installation, implementation, commissioning, and handing-over of system projects.
• Document detailed service activities, including call completion, reporting, and technical administration.
• Identify sales opportunities for system upgrades and spare parts to support business growth.
• Manage strategic key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and system uptime.
• Escalate technical issues and product quality concerns through appropriate channels and reporting systems.
• Ensure compliance with Philips safety standards, including patient safety and health regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Medical, Science related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an Engineering, Medical, or Science related environment (or no prior experience if holding a Bachelor's Degree).
• Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting.
• Experience with product installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Strong technical documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory compliance and service operations.
• Skills in data analysis and interpretation.
• Expertise in escalation management and customer service.
• Ability to monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
