Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install and service instrumentation according to ISO and GMP standards
• Provide thorough follow-up service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain car stock inventory, test equipment, tools, and technical documentation
• Manage company vehicles and spare parts inventory
• Report quality control and technical problems to the Service Center
• Promote excellent customer relations through high standards of personal appearance and ethical behavior

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Minimum 3 years of experience troubleshooting instruments or components
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of working time
• Physical capability to lift and maneuver objects up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related technical/biological discipline
• Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer with medical devices
• Experience with flow cytometry technology
• Experience in customer-facing roles
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools (digital volt meters, oscilloscopes)
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with Mac and PC operating systems
