Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, upgrades, and maintenance of semiconductor process equipment within customer cleanrooms
• Adhere to all safety procedures, prioritizing safety and quality in all tasks
• Facilitate efficient customer support through professional communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Analyze equipment log data and generate comprehensive reports using MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Maximize tool uptime by executing precise hardware installations and troubleshooting support
• Manage and lead new evaluation projects to successful completion

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Field Service Engineer in a related industry
• Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or higher)
• English proficiency (TOEIC 600 equivalent or higher)
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction
