Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of high-speed separators, decanters, and plate heat exchangers.
• Execute electrical and PLC control troubleshooting (EPC controls, 2 touch, basic & Plus controls).
• Conduct equipment audits, stripping, assessment, cleaning, repair, and assembly.
• Act as a service advisor to drive business growth and recommend spare parts or service agreements to customers.
• Document all service visits, observations, and customer commitments accurately.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and communicate technical issues to management for remedial action.
• Train customers and junior engineers on basic product features and technical competencies.
• Adhere strictly to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures and reporting protocols.

Requirements

• Engineering background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation with hands-on experience.
• 5-8 years of experience working with rotating equipment, heat exchangers, decanters, or high-speed separators.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and PLC controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
• Valid driving license.
• Flexibility to work on long-duration assignments (national and international) and overtime as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with process control instrumentation.
• Knowledge of software programs and industrial networking.
