Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and maintenance for Alexander Dennis products
• Diagnose and repair faults on mechanical, electrical, and hybrid/EV systems
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance
• Support warranty claims and provide technical advice to customers
• Ensure service vehicle is fully equipped and maintained

Requirements

• Time-served PCV/LGV technician
• Strong diagnostic skills in mechanical, electrical, and hybrid/EV systems
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in commercial vehicle maintenance
• Ability to work independently and lead a team

Preferred Qualifications

• High voltage diagnostic experience (EV products)
• HVAC and hybrid HV diagnostic experience
• EV driveline (Voith) and EV battery (ICPT 600V) diagnostic experience
• Experience in upselling retail work
