Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, repair, and maintenance of ophthalmic medical devices for clients and internal use
• Conduct initial inspections during installation and perform semi-annual periodic inspections
• Manage and execute maintenance tasks based on client requests
• Support the conclusion of maintenance service contracts

Requirements

• Valid first-class driver's license (ordinary vehicle)
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Excellent self-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the healthcare industry
• Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer
• English language proficiency
