Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support customers through on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of company and multi-vendor systems.
• Install and optimize hardware, software, network products, and configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems and perform necessary repair services.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations to ensure optimal product performance.
• Proactively respond to potential equipment or software issues to prevent unplanned business interruptions.
• Deliver integrated solutions including peripherals, communications, operating systems, and application software.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Support, Sales, Marketing, and R&D to provide comprehensive customer solutions.
• Provide technical training and maintenance seminars for customers or other field engineers as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant field service or technical experience.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills regarding hardware, software, and networking.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Ability to meet customer/vendor credentialing requirements to gain access to customer sites.
