Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for laboratory instruments within the Guangzhou region, including installation, debugging, maintenance, and repair.
• Deliver comprehensive training to customers on instrument usage and operation.
• Proactively respond to customer technical inquiries and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales and application teams to ensure high-quality user service.

Requirements

• Master's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, food, environment, materials science, or a related field; or a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Solid understanding of chromatography principles and the basic principles of LC/GC instruments.
• Proficient in English reading and writing, with good oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, high pressure tolerance, and excellent hands-on technical ability.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of LCMS instrument principles.
