Field Security Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber workflow discovery with customers across domains such as AppSec, DevSecOps, SOC/IR, and cloud security.
• Build and deliver customer-facing demos, workshops, proofs of concept, and reference architectures for AI-enabled security workflows.
• Advise customers on safe implementation patterns, including tool/function calling, structured outputs, sandboxing, and guardrails.
• Scope pilots with clear success criteria, data requirements, integrations, and safety boundaries.
• Translate complex technical value and risk between executive buyers (CISOs) and hands-on security practitioners.
• Create reusable field assets including demo narratives, playbooks, and assessment templates.
• Provide feedback to Product, Engineering, and Security teams regarding recurring customer requirements and product gaps.

Requirements

• Deep practitioner credibility across cybersecurity domains (e.g., application security, incident response, or detection engineering).
• Experience in customer-facing advisory, consulting, solutions engineering, or security architecture roles.
• Ability to build credible demos or prototypes using APIs, agents, scripts, or common security tooling.
• Understanding of AI workflows, including retrieval, structured outputs, tool use, and human-in-the-loop review.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both C-level executives and technical practitioners.
• Evidence-first judgment with the ability to validate findings and document technical assumptions.
