Field Sales Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of new technologies to assist marketing and sales teams
• Coordinate daily requests from the field team and conduct reviews of the Uplft field sales platform
• Help roll out new field sales strategies and communicate key Tier 1-2 chain programs to regional teams
• Assist Regional Managers and Directors with weekly and monthly sales performance calls, recaps, and deck builds
• Provide follow-up training and guidance for sales and merchandising new hires
• Deliver Uplft sales portal training for Regional Managers and Directors
• Pull and analyze basic sales reports as requested
• Support the Sr. Field Sales Support Manager with samples, fleet management, and forms
• Onboard new field sales hires into Jira and manage sales roster updates

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in beverage or CPG sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve
• Proficiency in advanced computing functions and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with databases and sales software
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
