About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of field sales representatives on a daily basis
- Set and monitor individual and collective objectives, including visits, demos, and signatures
- Accompany sales representatives in the field to support skill development and training
- Analyze performance and produce regular reports for management
- Organize field routes and optimize geographic area coverage
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose corrective actions
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new field sales staff
- Provide field insights to the product and management teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in field sales
- Previous experience in management or team leadership
- Natural leadership skills with the ability to unite and inspire a team
- Results-oriented mindset with rigor in KPI tracking
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the retail, restaurant, or service sectors
