Responsibilities

  • Organize sessions, events, and webinars for students regarding career programs
  • Counsel potential learners, including final-year students and unemployed graduates, on career paths
  • Promote the effectiveness of NIIT's online learning model
  • Manage the complete sales closing life cycle, including demonstrations and post-sales relationship management
  • Maintain detailed interaction databases within the CRM

Requirements

  • 1 to 5 years of experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Experience in EdTech or field sales is an advantage
  • Proven track record in sales performance
  • Willingness to travel and work on the field
  • Disciplined approach to funnel building and target achievement
