About the role
Responsibilities
- Approach colleges to connect with Deans, HODs, and TPOs to demonstrate NIIT's value
- Organize sessions, events, and webinars for students regarding career programs
- Counsel potential learners, including final-year students and unemployed graduates, on career paths
- Promote the effectiveness of NIIT's online learning model
- Manage the complete sales closing life cycle, including demonstrations and post-sales relationship management
- Maintain detailed interaction databases within the CRM
Requirements
- 1 to 5 years of experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience in EdTech or field sales is an advantage
- Proven track record in sales performance
- Willingness to travel and work on the field
- Disciplined approach to funnel building and target achievement
