About the role
Responsibilities
- Approach colleges to connect with Deans, HODs, and TPOs to demonstrate NIIT's value
- Organize sessions, events, and webinars for students regarding career programs
- Counsel potential learners, including final-year students and unemployed graduates
- Promote the effectiveness of NIIT's online learning model
- Manage the complete sales closing life cycle, including demonstrations and post-sales relationships
- Maintain detailed lead interaction databases within the CRM
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- High dedication and extreme determination
- Experience in EdTech or field sales is an advantage
- Ability to build a sales funnel and track feedback
- Willingness to travel and work on the field
