Responsibilities

  • Organize sessions, events, and webinars for students regarding career programs
  • Counsel potential learners, including final-year students and unemployed graduates
  • Promote the effectiveness of NIIT's online learning model
  • Manage the complete sales closing life cycle, including demonstrations and post-sales relationships
  • Maintain detailed lead interaction databases within the CRM

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • High dedication and extreme determination
  • Experience in EdTech or field sales is an advantage
  • Ability to build a sales funnel and track feedback
  • Willingness to travel and work on the field
