About the role
Responsibilities
- Grow and manage an established B2B territory across the Greater Toronto & Hamilton Area (GTHA).
- Partner with Inside Sales Representatives to identify opportunities and develop account strategies.
- Build trusted relationships with new and existing customers by recommending tailored industrial safety solutions.
- Collaborate with Market Segment Managers, Technical Specialists, and Service teams to deliver complete solutions.
- Prepare and present value-driven proposals to position the company as a long-term partner.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage sales pipelines, customer activity, and opportunities.
- Represent the company at customer events, trade shows, and industry functions.
- Meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B outside sales, preferably in industrial, safety, technical, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A consultative sales approach focused on solving customer problems.
- Experience using CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle for regular travel throughout the GTHA.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and leading by example on customer sites.
