Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for premier product lines including Milwaukee, RYOBI, and Hoover within The Home Depot
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers and business partners
• Conduct in-store training and product demonstrations for store staff and customers
• Drive new business through effective merchandising, promotions, and brand marketing initiatives
• Manage inventory with retail partners to ensure product availability
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and monitor competition
• Participate in TTI’s Leadership Development Program to build professional skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Experience in retail sales, field sales, and/or customer service
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Valid full provincial driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and reach overhead
• Legal authorization to work full-time in Canada
