Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive sell-in by proactively presenting new products, seasonal assortments, and promotional programs to retail accounts
• Build and expand retailer partnerships to become a trusted vendor representative
• Plan, forecast, and achieve quarterly and annual financial targets
• Develop account assortments and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal product flow
• Identify and develop new incremental distribution within the territory
• Train retailer employees on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Execute in-store events, weekend activations, and product demonstrations
• Manage brand merchandising using POP materials and fixtures to ensure best-in-class brand experience
• Maintain 100% CRM adoption for recaps, pipeline, and account data management

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, territory sales, or retail account management
• Experience in consumer goods, outdoor/hardlines, or sporting goods preferred
• Proven ability to drive sell-in and build rapport with buyers or managers
• Ability to spend the majority of the workweek in the field
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel overnight regularly within Texas
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce or similar CRM experience
• Bachelor's degree
