About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop professional relationships with customers to optimize base sales, promotions, and brand visibility.
- Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
- Implement and monitor promotional activities and the placement of point-of-buying materials.
- Visit assigned customer points of sale to verify shelf status, references, and stock levels.
- Negotiate spaces, end-caps, and promotions directly with store owners.
- Manage suggested orders and report daily activities, communicating and resolving any issues detected at the point of sale.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably within the FMCG/CPG industry.
- Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driving license.
- Must reside in the local area.
- Ability to work with autonomy, dynamism, and a results-oriented mindset.
