Responsibilities
- Build and develop your own customer team through structured and value-creating customer visits with both existing and new customers
- Drive business from needs analysis to closing and follow-up
- Set clear goals and follow up on volume, gross profit, and business potential
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the business long-term
- Act as the face of Sonepar: professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy
Requirements
- Business-driven, self-motivated, and driven to reach and exceed goals
- Structured and long-term in your working method with strong prioritization skills
- Confident in customer dialogue and skilled at building trust over time
- Unpretentious, solution-oriented, and accustomed to taking responsibility
- Relevant education or experience in sales, preferably with technical products
- Experience from the electrical industry or electrical training is highly meritorious
- B-driver's license
