About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve commercial objectives for the South-West sector by applying annual sales and marketing strategies
  • Prescribe technical products and solutions to various sectors, with a priority on the attic insulation market
  • Manage and develop a network of building material wholesalers through daily client visits (minimum 4 days per week)
  • Provide product training, advice, and promotion of services to clients
  • Support the launch of new product offerings and ensure necessary client support
  • Identify development opportunities and implement annual commercial action plans
  • Conduct market and competitor monitoring and report findings via the Group CRM tool
  • Contribute to the development of AI tools to support Regional Sales Managers

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5), ideally from a business school with a specialization in Sales or Commercial Management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic, customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to work autonomously and organize effectively while working in the field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Valid driving license (Permis B) is mandatory, as the role requires frequent travel and occasional overnight stays
