Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a designated geographical territory to deliver against key targets and metrics.
• Drive product distribution and availability across independent, corporate grocery, and P&C accounts.
• Build and maintain close relationships with third-party partners and key customers.
• Execute effective account visitations and master power selling sales techniques.
• Increase distribution width and depth while converting new business leads in non-traditional channels.
• Ensure in-store presence aligns with "Perfect Store" standards, including securing "cold can" and cashier placements.
• Execute displays and promotional activities in line with key seasonal periods.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Strong selling skills, specifically in negotiation and objection handling.
• Ability to manage and cultivate professional working relationships.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Valid and full driver’s license.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Ability to travel approximately 10-20%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
• Naturally organized with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
