Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Train Bottler Sales Representatives on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and marketing promotions
• Execute retail sales aligned with strategic initiatives for innovation, distribution, and equipment placement
• Utilize CRM tools, sales data software, and internal platforms to maximize productivity
• Participate in market audits, sampling initiatives, and local retail meetings
• Manage bottler relationships to drive volume and execute national marketing programs

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
• Ability to maintain an acceptable driving record for insurance purposes
• Proficiency with computer operating skills and handheld devices

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
