Responsibilities
- Train Bottler Sales Representatives on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and marketing promotions
- Execute retail sales aligned with strategic initiatives focused on innovation, distribution, and equipment placement
- Utilize CRM tools, sales data software, and internal platforms to maximize productivity
- Participate in market audits, company meetings, sampling initiatives, and local retail meetings
- Manage and amplify bottler relationships to drive volume and market share
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
- Ability to maintain an acceptable driving record for insurance purposes
- Proficiency with computer operating skills and handheld devices
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
