Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Train Bottler Sales Representatives on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and marketing promotions through partnership ride-alongs and presentations.
• Sell at the retail outlet level to drive innovation, distribution, displays, and equipment placements.
• Utilize company CRM tools, sales data software, and training tools to maximize market productivity.
• Participate in market audits, crew drives, sampling initiatives, and local retail meetings.
• Execute national and local marketing programs to capture market share and meet budget targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
• Ability to maintain an acceptable driving record for insurance purposes
• Proficiency with computer operating skills and handheld devices

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
