Responsibilities
- Train Bottler Sales Representatives on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and marketing promotions through partnership ride-alongs and presentations.
- Sell at the retail outlet level to drive innovation, distribution, displays, and equipment placements.
- Utilize company CRM tools, surveys, and sales data software to maximize productivity.
- Participate in market audits, company meetings, sampling initiatives, and local retail meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
- Ability to maintain an acceptable driving record for insurance purposes
- Proficiency with computer operating skills and handheld devices
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
