Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Advise hospitality and gastronomy customers directly at their locations to identify business potential and product solutions
• Proactively acquire new customers through active sales and a "hunter mentality"
• Act as a reliable problem-solver and trusted partner for existing clients to ensure long-term cooperation
• Independently plan appointments and manage your own sales territory and network
• Collaborate with internal customer management, wholesale markets, and delivery teams to provide optimal service

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in trade, sales, or a comparable commercial field
• Alternatively, experience in the gastronomy industry (e.g., chef, restaurant manager) looking to transition into sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Digital literacy with modern devices such as tablets and smartphones
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Residency within the assigned sales territory
