Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide passionate on-site consultation to customers in the hospitality and gastronomy sectors to increase sales and profitability
• Drive new customer acquisition, such as targeting newly opened restaurants
• Manage and solve problems for existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Act as a dedicated point of contact and independently plan customer appointments
• Collaborate with internal customer management, wholesale markets, and delivery teams to provide optimal service

Requirements

• Completed training in trade or sales (e.g., Wholesale Merchant) or a comparable commercial qualification
• Proven sales experience and a natural talent for networking and communication
• Strong customer orientation with a service-minded and quality-driven approach
• Digital affinity and comfort using modern technical equipment like tablets and smartphones
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Experience in the gastronomy sector (e.g., as a chef or restaurant specialist) is a significant advantage
