Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on-site regarding unique offers to increase turnover and profitability
• Support the acquisition of new customers, such as newly opened restaurants
• Resolve issues for existing customers to ensure high satisfaction
• Independently plan and coordinate customer appointments
• Collaborate with internal customer management, wholesale markets, and delivery teams

Requirements

• Completed training in gastronomy or retail (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Hotel Specialist, or Wholesale Merchant) or relevant practical experience
• Sales talent and strong communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service and quality
• Confident demeanor and ability to build networks
• Proficiency in using modern technical equipment like tablets
• Valid Class B driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial experience in field sales is desirable but not a requirement
• Career changers are welcome and will receive support
