About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on-site regarding unique offers to increase turnover and profitability
- Support the acquisition of new customers, such as newly opened restaurants
- Resolve issues for existing customers to ensure high satisfaction
- Independently plan and coordinate customer appointments
- Collaborate with internal customer management, wholesale markets, and delivery teams
Requirements
- Completed training in gastronomy or retail (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Hotel Specialist, or Wholesale Merchant) or relevant practical experience
- Sales talent and strong communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service and quality
- Confident demeanor and ability to build networks
- Technical proficiency with modern equipment like tablets
- Valid Class B driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Initial experience in field sales is desirable but not a requirement
- Career changers are welcome and will receive support
