About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on-site regarding unique offers to increase turnover and profitability
- Acquire new customers, such as newly opened restaurants
- Solve problems for existing customers to ensure high satisfaction
- Independently plan and coordinate customer appointments
- Collaborate with internal customer management, wholesale, and delivery teams
Requirements
- Completed training in gastronomy or retail (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Hotel Specialist, Wholesale Merchant) or relevant practical experience
- Sales talent and strong communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to adapt to conversation partners
- Confident demeanor and ability to build networks
- Technical proficiency with modern equipment like tablets
- Valid Class B driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Initial experience in field sales is desirable but not a requirement
- Career changers are welcome
