Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on-site regarding unique offers to increase turnover and profitability
• Acquire new customers, such as newly opened restaurants
• Resolve issues for existing customers to ensure high satisfaction
• Act as a primary contact and independently plan customer appointments
• Collaborate with internal customer management, wholesale markets, and delivery teams

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in trade or sales (e.g., Wholesale Merchant) or comparable qualification
• Sales experience is ideal
• Strong communication skills and networking talent
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service and quality
• Confident demeanor and ability to build partnerships
• Digital affinity for working with tablets and modern technical equipment
• Valid Class B driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the gastronomy sector (e.g., as a chef or restaurant specialist)
