About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on-site regarding unique product offerings to increase turnover and profitability
- Support new customer acquisition, such as during restaurant openings
- Resolve issues for existing customers to ensure high satisfaction
- Independently plan and coordinate customer appointments
- Collaborate with internal customer management, wholesale, and delivery teams
Requirements
- Completed training in gastronomy or retail (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Hotel Specialist, or Wholesale Merchant)
- Sales talent and strong communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and service quality focus
- Ability to work confidently and build professional networks
- Proficiency with technical equipment such as tablets
- Valid Class B driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Initial experience in field sales is desirable but not required
- Career changers are welcome and will receive support
