Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on-site regarding unique offers to increase turnover and profitability
• Acquire new customers, such as newly opened restaurants
• Resolve issues for existing customers to ensure high satisfaction
• Act as a primary contact and independently plan customer appointments
• Collaborate with internal customer management, wholesale markets, and delivery teams

Requirements

• Completed training in trade or sales (e.g., Wholesale Merchant) or comparable commercial qualification
• Experience in the gastronomy sector (e.g., Chef or Restaurant Specialist) is an advantage
• Proven sales talent and strong communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service and quality
• Ability to work confidently and build professional networks
• Digital affinity for using tablets and modern technical equipment
• Valid Class B driver's license
