Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on-site regarding the specific assortment and individual offers to increase turnover and profitability
• Acquire new customers, such as during the opening of new kiosks or Spätis
• Resolve issues for existing customers to ensure high satisfaction
• Act as a primary contact for customers and independently plan customer appointments
• Collaborate with internal customer management, wholesale markets, and delivery teams

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in retail or sales (e.g., Wholesale Merchant, Salesperson, Retail Merchant)
• Ideally experience in direct sales or cold calling (door-to-door)
• Strong communication skills and sales talent
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service and quality
• Confident and professional demeanor
• Digital affinity for working with tablets and modern technical equipment
• Valid Class B driver's license
