About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on-site regarding the specific assortment and individual offers to increase turnover and profitability
- Acquire new customers, such as during the opening of new kiosks or Spätis
- Resolve issues for existing customers to ensure high satisfaction
- Act as a primary contact for customers and independently plan customer appointments
- Collaborate with internal customer management, wholesale markets, and delivery teams
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in retail or sales (e.g., Wholesale Merchant, Salesperson, Retail Merchant)
- Ideally experience in direct sales or cold calling (door-to-door)
- Strong communication skills and sales talent
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service and quality
- Confident and professional demeanor
- Digital affinity for working with tablets and modern technical equipment
- Valid Class B driver's license
