About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on-site regarding unique offers to increase turnover and profitability
- Acquire new customers, such as newly opened restaurants
- Resolve issues for existing customers to ensure high satisfaction
- Act as a primary contact and independently plan customer appointments
- Collaborate with internal customer management, wholesale markets, and delivery teams
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in retail or sales (e.g., Wholesale Merchant) or comparable qualification
- Experience in the gastronomy sector (e.g., Chef or Restaurant Specialist) is an advantage
- Proven sales experience and strong communication skills
- Ability to build networks and a strong customer orientation
- Confident demeanor and ability to work in a partnership-based manner
- Digital affinity for using tablets and modern technical equipment
- Valid Class B driver's license
