Responsibilities
- Advise customers directly in their businesses regarding product assortment and potential
- Acquire new customers through active sales and market identification
- Act as a problem solver and trusted partner for hospitality and gastronomy clients
- Independently plan appointments and manage customer networks
- Collaborate with internal customer management, wholesale markets, and delivery teams
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in trade or sales (e.g., Wholesale Merchant)
- Or experience in gastronomy (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Manager) looking to transition to sales
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Proven ability in active customer acquisition and negotiation
- Empathy and service orientation for diverse client types
- Proficiency with digital tools like tablets
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Residence within the sales territory (Deutz, Porz, Kalk, Bergisch Gladbach)
