Responsibilities
- Advise customers directly at their business locations regarding product assortment
- Acquire new customers through active sales and market identification
- Act as a problem solver and trusted partner for hospitality and gastronomy clients
- Independently plan appointments and manage customer networks
- Collaborate with internal customer management, wholesale markets, and delivery teams
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in trade, sales, or a comparable commercial qualification
- Or experience in gastronomy (e.g., chef, restaurant manager) looking to transition into sales
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Proven ability in active customer acquisition and negotiation
- Empathy and service orientation for diverse client types
- Proficiency with digital tools like tablets
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Local residency within the sales territory
