About the role

Responsibilities

  • Advise customers directly at their business locations regarding product assortment
  • Acquire new customers through active sales and market identification
  • Act as a problem solver and trusted partner for hospitality and gastronomy clients
  • Independently plan appointments and manage customer networks
  • Collaborate with internal customer management, wholesale markets, and delivery teams

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in trade or sales (e.g., Wholesale Merchant) or equivalent commercial qualification
  • Alternatively, experience in field sales or direct experience from gastronomy (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Manager)
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Proven ability in active customer acquisition and negotiation
  • High level of empathy and service orientation
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as tablets
  • Valid Class B driver's license
  • Local residency within the sales territory
