Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Execute promotional and sales plans aligned with approved marketing strategies and business objectives
• Achieve defined service and sales goals through effective territory planning and customer engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pediatricians and general practice physicians
• Promote OTC Vitamin D products in a compliant, professional, and value-driven manner
• Analyze performance data and adjust territory plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate target profiles, call activity, and reporting in the designated CRM system
• Stay current on market dynamics, competitive products, and product knowledge
• Complete all required training, team meetings, call documentation, and expense reporting
• Operate in full compliance with corporate policies, SOPs, and all applicable regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical sales experience
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Excellent communication skills, including live, virtual, and written formats
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric pharmaceutical sales
• Background in competitive sports, military service, or leadership-focused extracurricular activities
