About the role

Responsibilities

  • Attend on-site meetings with merchants to demo Flatpay solutions and close contracts
  • Generate own pipeline through referrals and cold canvassing
  • Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs to secure deals
  • Deliver and install terminals to newly signed merchants to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Provide feedback and insights to SDR, marketing, and product teams to strengthen go-to-market execution

Requirements

  • Experience closing sales in a customer-facing role (B2B or B2C)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Access to a personal vehicle for use 5 days a week
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Fluent in English
  • Right to work in the UK

Benefits

  • Guaranteed minimum commission of £2,120/month
  • Uncapped OTE of £60,000–£70,000
